We are often praised for our excellent service but we try not let it go to our heads. However,
in late 2002, our exceptional diligence and enthusiasm was noted by one of our regular clients,
Waterford Child Care, and they decided to do something about it. They have our eternal
thanks. Senior staff at Waterford Child Care brought their feelings to the notice of the Waterford Chamber of Commerce who, by a stroke of luck on our part, operate a Customer Excellence Awards Scheme. We were duly nominated in October 2002 and, to get to the important bit,
